As part of our continuous effort to improve our communication and transparency with our customers, we have now launched http://status.puzzel.com.
This website collects and presents status information for the services we deliver, to inform you about any ongoing platform incidents and scheduled maintenance windows.
If you previously recieved support notifications from us, we have taken the liberty to register you as a subscriber on http://status.puzzel.com. The status page give you the option to choose the services you want to be notified about. For example, if you don’t use Puzzel’s Chat solution, you can choose not to receive any notifications relating to this service.
If you haven’t already received it you will soon receive an e-mail invitation which includes a link to set up your notification preferences. Please note that you can update/change your preferences at any time. To change your subscription you have to use the link provided in the e-mail invitation or the "Manage Subscription" link you will find in any future incident or maintenance window notification.
For any information not related to incidents and maintenance windows, we recommend that you follow the relevant information sections within our Help Centre. For Support news, such as end of life announcements, please press the “Follow” button in the Support Announcements section. You will then receive e-mail notifications when a new article is added or updated. For Product news, such as release notes, do the same in the the Product News section.
