In order to submit a ticket, scroll down the homepage and click on the button "Submit a ticket."
When you click that button, you will be able to choose the kind of ticket you want to submit. It can be a feature suggestion, a change task, a request for information or an to report an incident.
If you choose to change something you will be asked to enter your details such as email address, customer ID, subject of the change and the description.
