Migrating to latest version of Puzzel catalog sync(Azure) or Puzzel Catalog Sync(On-Prem)
To upgrade to the latest version of Puzzel catalog sync on Azure, you need to :
- Backup the configuration files: Take a backup of the configuration files found in these locations
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Puzzel\PuzzelCatalogSync (Azure)\cert
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Puzzel\PuzzelCatalogSync (Azure)\LogConfig.xml
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Puzzel\AzureSettings.json
- Uninstall the current version of the sync client: Stop the Puzzel CS(Azure) service in Windows Services and uninstall the current version.
- Install the latest version of the Sync client: Run the *.msi file provided to install the latest version Puzzel catalog sync client.
- Start the service: Start the Puzzel CS service in Services to restart syncing the contacts and calendars.
To upgrade to the latest version of Puzzel catalog sync on-premise version, you need to:
- Backup the configuration files: Take a backup of the configuration files located in C:\ProgramData with extension *.xml.
- Uninstall the current version of Sync client:Stop the Puzzel CS service in windows Services and uninstall the current version.
- Install the latest version of the Sync client: Run the *.msi file provided to install the latest version Puzzel catalog sync client.
- Start the service: Start the Puzzel CS service in Services to restart syncing the contacts and calendars.
