Create Facebook Ticket Channel(standalone)

To add a new Facebook Channel, you must have the sign-in credentials for a Facebook User with admin access to the Facebook page you want to add.

The following activity can be received to Puzzel Case Management from Facebook:

  • Wall Posts
  • Comments to Posts
  • Replies to Comments
  • Private Messages
  • Recommendations

Go to: Settings -> Ticket Channels -> Facebook and click on fb icon. You will be redirected to the Facebook Login page. Enter the credentials for your Facebook User.

Continue to add the Puzzel Case Management app to your Facebook User and allow all Permissions to your Facebook Pages. You can restrict which Pages Puzzel Case Management has access to.

Once completed, you will be redirected to your Puzzel Case Management account. Select the Page you want to add from the dropdown list.

Select the “Load existing data into Tickets” option to load all Facebook activity from the past 1-month.

Save” to add this Facebook page to your Puzzel Case Management account.

All approved activity will now be received to Puzzel Case Management.

Some activity cannot be received because the Customer’s Facebook Profile may be set to Private. This is determined by Facebook.
