Create new Twitter Channel(standalone)

To add a new Twitter Channel, you must have the sign-in credentials for the Twitter account you want to add to Puzzel Case Management.

The following activity can be received to Puzzel Case Management from Twitter:

  • Posts
  • Mentions
  • Replies
  • Direct Messages

Go to: Settings > Ticket Channels > Twitter, and select twitter icon. You will be redirected to the Twitter Login page. Enter the credentials for your Twitter account.

Continue to add the Puzzel Case Management app to your Twitter account and allow all permissions.Once completed, you will be redirected to your Puzzel Case Management account.Your Twitter account will be automatically added to Puzzel Case Management as a Twitter Channel.

All approved activity will now be received to Puzzel Case Management.
