Improvements

New custom attributes to Placeholders when used in Webhooks

We have added three new custom attributes to the Placeholders list so that the users can use it to dynamically populate them when using Webhooks schema.

• {{subject}} : Title of the ticket
• {{ticket.created_at_with_timestamp}} : Displays the time at which the ticket was created
• {{ticket:first_content}} and {{ticket:recent_content}}: Previously only the first and recent content recorded on the ticket were being displayed. With this release we have extended it to include the attachment names and a link to it to be used in Webhooks.

New columns added to the Ticket performance report

Two new columns are added to the Ticket performance report to aid users in matching and pulling up the desired records.

Improvements to safely delete the scheduled reports

An improvement to safely delete the reports scheduled for a future date has been deployed.
