Puzzel is dedicated to continuously improving our platform and its security. As such, we will introduce Dustin Norway AS as new sub processor for off-site backups for Puzzel’s private cloud in Norway. Dustin will not replace any existing sub-processor. The purpose of the change is to improve the availability and integrity of backups at a disaster event.
The data will be stored in Dustin’s data centre in Norway and Puzzel will use Dustin’s backup as a service built on the market leading backup solution from Commvault, which Puzzel is already using.
The change will come into effect on 2024-11-05.
