The IP address associated with api.puzzel.com will soon change as part of ongoing efforts to improve the reliability of api.puzzel.com. These changes may necessitate customer-side updates to ensure uninterrupted service.

From xxth August 2021, we intend to change the IP address of api.puzzel.com. Customers relying on API integrations behind a firewall must ensure that they have whitelisted our private cloud IP network prefix to 212.89.52.0/22 prior to the specified date.

If your environment does not include any API integrations, no changes are required on your end.
