We want to inform you that support for WMA (Windows Media Audio) format in call recording files delivered to FTP will be discontinued on December 31st 2025.

After this date, WMA files will no longer be available for delivery via FTP.

What you need to do
If you still require call recording files to be delivered to FTP, please contact Puzzel Support to change your file format. The following formats are available:

• OPUS (recommended) – modern, efficient, and high-quality
• MP3 – widely compatible
• WAV – uncompressed and lossless

Why this change?
We are retiring WMA as part of our efforts to modernize our services, simplify integrations, and ensure long-term compatibility with widely supported formats.
