With the launch of Customer Insight, we have made the process of capturing feedback across channels as easy as possible, with a flexible and easy-to-use survey editor and advanced insights visualizations.
As a result, we will be sunsetting SMS Survey effective December 1st, 2024.
For customers currently using this Puzzel service, we will be reaching out to inform you of the migration process, as well as when you can start using Puzzel’s Customer Insight to send out surveys via SMS and review customer feedback analytics.
