In line with Verint’s end-of-life of its partner-hosted (ASP) platform, Puzzel will end-of-life our hosted Verint solutions at the end of December 2026.

- End of life (EOL): 31 December 2026  
 After this date, Puzzel will no longer host or operate the Verint-based service.

Your options
You have two paths available:

1) Move to Puzzel
  - Puzzel WFM
  - Puzzel Conversational Intelligence

2) Migrate to Verint
  - Verint’s cloud platform

What happens now
Over the coming weeks, we will contact you to confirm your preferred option and to plan next steps. 
We will provide:
- a high-level transition plan and timeline
- the information we need to scope your move
- recommended milestones to ensure you are fully transitioned ahead of the EOL date
