Puzzel will soon decommission the current server in use for email in queue. This will be replaced by API methods that provide the same functionality. Customers that use the existing system must therefore migrate to the new system.
This will affect all customers that:
- Place emails in queue manually by sending information to mail2queue@prod.consorte.com
- Use any version of the Intelecom Exchange Connector to queue emails
Customers that queue emails by sending emails can instead use the API as described on https://developer.puzzel.com.
The methods to use for email in queue are:
- /auth/credentials to authenticate with the API
- /{customerKey}/requests to enqueue email after authenticating
Customers that use the Intelecom Exchange Connector will be provided with a new Connector named the Puzzel Exchange Connector 1.1.0. This Connector and information on how to configure the new connector can be found at https://www.puzzel.com/uk/download/.
