The following updates will be made to Puzzel Ticketing on 4th November 2020. These are categorised as additional features, improvements to existing and bug fixes.
Additional Features
There are no additional features in this release.
Improvements
- The auto refresh feature on the Puzzel Ticketing Dashboard widget which used cached data has now been removed.
- A message will now be added in the timeline of a ticket if the Jira issue linked to it has been deleted.
- Two new columns can now be added to be displayed for each ticket on the Tickets page, namely, Jira issue ID and Jira issue title
- Two new search options have been added for looking up for tickets, namely, Jira issue ID and Jira issue title
