The following updates will be made to Puzzel Ticketing on 5th February 2021. These are categorised as additional features, improvements to existing and bug fixes.
Additional Features
There are no new features introduced in this release.
Improvements
• Ticket timeline will now display Puzzel Contact Centre request errors in an integrated environment
• Introduced the ability to delete tickets of any age
Bug fixes
• Multiple submissions on Forgot Password page will only send a single Reset Password instruction email
• Creation of a System role and Team will now be recorded in Activity Log
• Customer Import can now handle files with duplicate email addresses
