Release Notes April 27th 2022

This article provides an overview of changes and additional features included in the April 27th,2022 release. The changes made in this release mainly concern Puzzel Case Management.

Update of Facebook API version

We have updated the integration for the Facebook channel to use a newer API version provided by Facebook.  This will ensure uninterrupted service and allow for new features and enhancements to be added to the application as they are made available from Facebook.

Bug Fixes

  • Fix to prevent the possibility of a single ticket having a duplicate ticket state.  The identified bug was causing inaccuracies in the 'Report Builder' reporting for ticket counts.  The bug was isolated to only a few cases and any customers affected by this have been notified.
  • Fix for when updating a user profile, the user was being removed from their assigned 'Team Role' on each team and defaulting back to the 'Basic Member' role.
  • Fix to allow disabling of 'Organisations Access' in the 'System Role; settings.  Settings -> General -> Permissions -> System Roles.  Previous when 'Organisations access' was enabled, it was not possible to disable them again.
  • Fix for when the 'Time tracker' feature was enabled, the 'Reason for Status Change' popover would not show when clicking on 'Send & Pending' or  'Send & On Hold'.
