This article provides an overview of changes and additional features included in the planned release window of April 29th to May 3rd, 2024.
The changes made in this release concern Puzzel Sales Intelligence.
Note that some of these features may require a customised set-up before they can be activated. In addition, some features may have a set-up and/or monthly cost element associated to it.
Puzzel Sales Intelligence
Customer card
- Added timestamp and new filters to the documents component in the customer card, enhancing the user interface.
- Booking: In the booking view dropdown list, all project resources are now consistently visible, regardless of availability in the selected calendar view.
- Booking: Week number is now always visible in the calendar view within booking.
- Improved the user interface for various information and validation messages.
- Introduced a toggle feature enabling users to control autoload functionality for external services. This feature is accessible through the new configuration tool located in the toolbar on the agent's start page.
- Search functionality within a specific project has been enabled, alongside existing options for "all projects" and "current project."
- Fixed issue with customized regular expressions: whitespace before and after strings is now disallowed
- Resolved issue where images in confirmation flows extended beyond component borders in certain view modes.
Telephony Report Enhancements:
- Group by category for improved organization and analysis.
- Two new columns added:
- Column displaying calls exceeding 1 minute duration.
- Column displaying calls exceeding 2 minutes duration.
API and base exports
- Enhanced recording dimension functionality now includes metadata from associated calls, enriching the base export with additional context and information.
