This article provides an overview of changes and additional features released on December 18th 2024.
The changes made in this release concern Puzzel Case Management.
These release notes are preliminary and features in this document are merely planned features for the release, which is still in the process of being tested thoroughly. Puzzel reserves the right to postpone the launch of any feature described in this article.
Note that some of these features may require a customised set-up before they can be activated. In addition, some features may have a set-up and/or monthly cost element associated to it.

New Features
- Automatic Closing of Ticket Tab in PCC
Agents working in the Puzzel Contact Center (PCC) environment can now benefit from an automatic closing of the ticket tab after sending a message.- Actions triggering auto-close:

- Auto Scroll to Top on Tickets Index Page
- Navigating between pages on the tickets index page now automatically scrolls to the top, ensuring a smoother and more logical user experience.
- Pagination options have been added to both the top and bottom of the tickets table for easier navigation.
- Enhanced SSO Support for Puzzel ID
- Added support for an SSO parameter in the default Puzzel Case Management URL where Puzzel ID is configured with an external SSO provider.

Bug Fixes
- HTML Template Formatting in API Channel Messages
- Resolved an issue where inserting an HTML template into API channel messages (configured with the HTML editor) failed to respect the formatting of the template.
- System Unresponsiveness When Deleting Large Forms
- Fixed a performance issue where deleting a form attached to several hundred thousand tickets could render the system unresponsive for extended periods.
