This article provides an overview of changes and additional features planned for a release on January 21st and 22nd, 2025.
The changes made in this release concern Puzzel Contact Centre and Puzzel Workforce Management.
Note that some of these features may require a customised set-up before they can be activated. In addition, some features may have a set-up and/or monthly cost element associated to it.
Puzzel Workforce Management
- PWFM Puzzel ID - Support for UK1 Platform Area
- Capacity expansion of Statistics Recalculation
- Scheduling performance improvements
- PWFM Puzzel Id - Organisation Settings option not present until page refresh
- PWFM Puzzel ID - Access token refresh not working on schedule day page
- Filtering in forecast stats widget only searches 1st 20 campaigns
- Forecast Stats Widget gives 404 error when no campaign is selected
- Adherence (preview) – Agents still shown out of adherence when there is a mapping to say they should be treated as adhering
- Scheduling multiple weeks with no forecast instances - only 1 auto forecast is created
- 2 shift swaps result in an agent with 2 shifts on the same day. On a shift swap request approval, we will now decline any other requests involving any of the swapped shifts (or days off)
