At Puzzel, we're committed to empowering customer service teams with cutting-edge tools that elevate each customer interaction. 

As part of this commitment, we’re excited to unveil the new Puzzel Chat — a step forward in conversational technology that delivers smarter automation, enhanced agent efficiency, and deeply personalized experiences at scale. 

To support this innovation, we will be retiring all versions of the old Puzzel Chat product by mid next year. This strategic shift allows us to focus entirely on equipping out customers with our future-ready chat solution.

  • End of Support: 19 December 2025 
    No further updates, maintenance, or assistance will be provided for legacy chat systems after this date. 

  • End of Life: 30 June 2026 
    The old Puzzel Chat platform will be fully decommissioned.

If you're using a legacy version of Puzzel Chat, we offer a smooth, supported upgrade path to the new platform, this will be free of any charge. We have resources dedicated to this project to minimizes disruption and maximizes value.

If your pre-chat panel looks like Image A or Image B, you're currently on a legacy version and should upgrade. 

If it resembles Image C, congratulations — you're already on the new Puzzel Chat and can disregard this notice.
