What are Productivity Lists?
Productivity Lists allow you to create and manage reusable collections of data that can be referenced across multiple filters and automation rules. Instead of manually entering the same email addresses, keywords, or phone numbers repeatedly, you can now maintain centralised lists that automatically sync across all your workflows.
Available List Types:
- Email Lists: Centralise email addresses for consistent filtering and routing
- Keyword Lists: Build reusable keyword collections for content-based automation
- Phone Number Lists: Organize contact numbers for SMS and call management

Enhanced Filtering with List Integration:
Your existing filter system now supports two new powerful operators:
- "Equals any item in list" - Perfect for exact matching against your curated lists
- "Contains any item from list" - Ideal for flexible content matching scenarios
These new operators work seamlessly with Email and API channel filters, supporting fields like sender addresses, message content, categories, and more.

Enhanced Easy Ticket Preview Mode
We've significantly improved the ticket preview experience with new viewing options and interactive controls that give agents better context when reviewing tickets.
New Preview Options:
Ticket previews now offer two distinct viewing modes:
- Original Message View: See the initial ticket content that started the conversation
- Latest Inbound View: Focus on the most recent customer communication
Interactive Experience:
- Real-time Switching: Agents can toggle between preview modes instantly without leaving the ticket list
- Smart Defaults: Administrators can set organisation preferences for which content appears first
Intelligent Display: The system automatically shows toggle options only when both message types are available
