New Features
Quick Rule Creation Buttons
Added convenient "New Rule" buttons next to each rule group (Filters, Event Rules, and Outbound Ticket Rules). These buttons streamline the workflow by allowing you to create new rules directly from the rule group page with the group pre-selected.
- Green "+ New Rule" buttons appear to the right of rule group headers
- Automatically associates new rules with the correct group
Security Improvements
Content Security Policy Headers
Fixed an issue where Content Security Policy (CSP) headers were only applied when a request referrer was present. CSP headers are now consistently applied to all responses, improving security for embedded iframe functionality.
Bug Fixes
Response Channel Selection for API Tickets
Fixed an issue where tickets created via API without initial body content would not preserve the specified response channel. Previously, users had to manually select a channel when starting a conversation. Now:
- API-created tickets without body content correctly preserve the response channel
- The "Reply" button appears automatically (no need for "Start Conversation")
- Improved validation ensures API channels have reply and forward actions enabled, not just configured
