Expiration screen – show only articles expiring soon
- Authors can now select a time window instead of always seeing every article with any expiration date
- Authors can set a rolling period (e.g. “expiring in the next 30 days”) so only relevant articles are displayed
- This makes expiration alerts actionable and reduces noise from far-future expirations

Article sorting
- Agents can sort the article list to find content faster
- Sort options:
- Date published – newest or oldest first
- Date modified – newest or oldest first
- Alphabetical – A–Z or Z–A
- Your sort preference is saved and persists between sessions
- Default sort: Date modified, newest first
Category and subcategory sorting
- Agents can sort categories and subcategories so large knowledge bases are easier to navigate
- Sort options:
- Date created – newest or oldest first (based on creation order)
- Alphabetical – A–Z or Z–A
- Your sort preference is saved and persists between sessions
- Helps when you have many categories or subcategories and need to find the right one quickly
These improvements are automatic. No action is required from you or your users. Functionality will be gradually released over the next weeks.
