The following updates were made to Puzzel Ticketing in the evening of 28th April 2021. These are categorised as additional features, improvements to existing and bug fixes.

Additional Features

There are no additional features included in this release.

Improvements

We have now added more file types to the list of valid file attachments in Puzzel Ticketing. For example : rvt, dwg, and cct files types.

Bug Fixes

• Parsing Webhooks response

The issue with the response body being parsed along with the response code(indicating if the Webhook arrived successfully) which threw an error, has now been fixed.

• Exporting EML

Previous release included a fix that dealt with formatting issues in EML exporting of outbound emails when opened inside Outlook on Windows platform. This release will fix the same issue with inbound emails as well.
