The following updates were made to Puzzel Ticketing in the evening of 15th June 2021. These are categorised as additional features, improvements to existing and bug fixes.
There are no additional features included in this release.
Ability to specify multiple channels against rule groups
Previously, if a Ticket rule had to be applied to different channels, customers had to create separate Ticket rule for each channel. With this release we have allowed multiple channels to be included in the same rule. You could either select the rules to be applied to all channels or choose the channels for which the rules need to be applied. In the figure below, you can run the filters if the channel is either equal to "adrtechsupport" or "manual only" and the content contains blue or red.
HTML file as an attachment
We have now allowed HTML files to be uploaded as valid file attachments in Puzzel Ticketing.
- The issue where tickets were not being returned to the team using the valid time zone has now been fixed.
- The issue with the auto-replies where the content would be stripped when no auto reply rule is set has been fixed now.
- The issue where Jira tickets were allowed to be linked to closed tickets unless the page was refreshed has been fixed now.
- Fix has been applied to allow HTML files to be uploaded as attachments.
