Puzzel Ticketing - Update to March 4th 2021 release

From March 4th 2021, attachments in all outgoing emails will now, by default, be sent as downloadable links rather than an embedded physical document or image. This will facilitate users to send attachments larger than 10mb in size.

However, if the attachments sent by your organisation is always less than 10mb and you wish to retain the old method of sending attachments as physical file, please contact Puzzel Support team who will be happy to assist you with this request.

Any previous emails with attachments that are included in response to a ticket, will now be incorporated as downloadable links.
