This article provides an overview of changes made on December 10th 2024.
The changes made in this release concern Puzzel Contact Centre.
Note that some of these features may require a customised set-up before they can be activated. In addition, some features may have a set-up and/or monthly cost element associated to it.
Agent Application
Added search support against additional fields for Telenor customers
- Agents can now search and see results against the fields "title", "keywords", and "office”; needs Admin configuration
- Agents can see richer search results with columns from Telenor OneX available in search result list
- Agents can now select a contact in the search result to show all contact attributes
Improvements to the Jabra headset integration
- Physical call controls of Jabra headsets are now supported in more situations in the Agent Application
Bugfixes
- Multilevel enquiry registration - Performance issues fixed
- When more than one notifications are shown, clicking a link will now close the latest notification
- Fixes for the Agent application - Chat offer screen was previously not visible in certain cases
- Fix for external contacts in search result
PCC Admin Portal
Improvements
- If you have turned on Require Reason for playback/deletion/download (done on Page Users - Products under Recording), an agent that now clicks on a Chat tab in Archive needs to give a reason before the chat log is shown.
