User Integration Between Puzzel Case Management and Puzzel Contact Center
We are introducing enhanced automation to streamline user provisioning and integration between Puzzel Case Management (PCM) and Puzzel Contact Center (PCC):
- Automatic Mapping During Provisioning:
When a new user is created in Puzzel Case Management via the Puzzel ID User Management portal, their PCC User ID will now be automatically mapped to their PCM user profile if they already have access to a Puzzel Contact Center solution. This ensures seamless functionality for integrations between the two systems, reducing manual configuration effort. - Nightly Sync for Missing PCC User IDs:
A nightly automated process will run to check for PCM user profiles missing a PCC User ID. The process will perform a lookup and update any profiles with the correct PCC User ID where applicable. This ensures that user profiles remain synchronised and configuration errors are resolved automatically.
These updates simplify administration, improve data consistency, and ensure flawless integration between Puzzel solutions for your organisation.
To enable this feature, Puzzel ID must be activated for both Puzzel Case Management and Puzzel Contact Center. If it is not yet enabled, please raise a support case to coordinate with our team and schedule a convenient time to activate Puzzel ID for your solutions. Puzzel ID - More Information
