This article provides an overview of changes and additional features included in the planned release window of Jan 15th to Jan 20th
The changes made in this release concern Puzzel Sales Intelligence.
Note that some of these features may require a customised set-up before they can be activated. In addition, some features may have a set-up and/or monthly cost element associated to it.
Puzzel Sales Intelligence
New dashboard components
For those of you working with user teams as a subgroup of user groups, there are now two new dashboard components available.
- Sales per team, sales-related KPI's.
- Performance team, various KPI's for orders, bookings and calls.
Shutdown of the old dashboard
As mentioned earlier, the old dashboard (including the sales competition monitor) will be discontinued. All components are now available in the new dashboard, along with dedicated components for each sales competition.
Fixes and improvements
- Softphone: The feature previously named 'S2 Voice' has been renamed to 'Softphone'.
- Information messages: Improved information messages when not having access to projects or customers.
- User admin: Fix for user admin when switching between pages.
- Customer buckets: Possible to fully delete an empty customer bucket
- Customer contacts: Fix for issue when deleting contacts in a customer card.
- Performance: Caching of customer and user settings to improve performance.
- GDPR: Do not show GDPR-anonymized users in the export filter
- Info fields: Added visibility to all customer and contact attributes at the project level.
