Release Notes, January 22nd-26th 2024

This article provides an overview of changes and additional features included in the planned release window of January 22nd until January 26th, 2024.

The changes made in this release concern Puzzel Sales Intelligence

Note that some of these features may require a customised set-up before they can be activated. In addition, some features may have a set-up and/or monthly cost element associated to it.

Start page

  • Changes in 'My outcomes' component
    • The week period is changing from the current week to the rolling week (since 7 days ago)
    • The month period is changing from the current month to the rolling month (since 1 month ago)
Note that you can click the outcome name to get a list of the last 200 outcomes (and corresponding customers) registered. 

  • Fixed an issue with the project filter in the 'My Calendar' list. The project filter was not always initiated during the initial load of the start page when logging in.
  • Fixed an issue with missing project and customer names when having more than 500 open events in 'My Calendar'

Dialler and Telephony

  • Improvements to 'Forced preview'
    • Improved user interface including new progress bar to see call progress. 
    • Changes in Forced Preview logicinclude: if call routing (on customer answer) fails for any reason, the customer card is displayed, and the decision on what to do is left to the agent.

  • Resolved a bug related to personal numbers. When deleting a personal number in the user admin service, the number was not immediately removed from use in the dialler.
  • UI improvements made to the list of possible inbound customers, visible at the top of the customer card on inbound calls.
  • Fixed a filter bug in the personal inbound calls list in the agent start page.


  • Default sorting order on CRM events has been updated, with the latest event now at the top.
  • Resolved an issue with filtering on CRM status in the customer distribution service.
  • Improved performance for the scoreboard and filter view, addressing poor performance in some configurations.


  • Trimmed and cleaned invalid characters in phone numbers and email addresses used in the Scrive component to eliminate failed Scrive requests.


  • UI refinements in telephony panel.
  • Language fixes in agent start page.
