This article provides an overview of changes and additional features included in the May 17th, 2022 release. The changes made in this release mainly concern Puzzel Contact Centre (Puzzel Case Management).

Webhooks calls from a static IP address
If you have configured outbound integrations from Puzzel Case Management using the Webhooks feature, the calls to the remote system will now be made from a static IP address. This change will allow you to whitelist our IP address 22.214.171.124 so that you can prevent malicious connections to your endpoints from unrecognised IP addresses.
Search facility on 'Organisation' attribute
When working on a ticket, you will now be able to search for a specific organisation in the attribute drop-down field, or scroll the list infinitely to find the requested organisation.
Automatic ticket page refresh
When changing a team assignment on a ticket. The relevant categories for the new team will automatically refresh on the page.
- Fixed an issue when removing all team assignments from a users profile would fail to save.
- Fixed an issue when after exporting customer records, the export icon would turn dark.
