This article provides an overview of changes and additional features included in the planned release window of Oct 21th to Oct 25th.
The changes made in this release concern Puzzel Sales Intelligence.
Note that some of these features may require a customised set-up before they can be activated. In addition, some features may have a set-up and/or monthly cost element associated to it.

Realtime connection
Gradual rollout
We are migrating to a new client to handle the real-time connection between agents' browsers and the server, which supports functionalities like dashboards. This will not result in any visible differences for end users.

New branding
New Puzzel branding will be introduced gradually, starting with the new logo.
Puzzel ID
Gradual rollout
Migration to Puzzel ID has started and will continue over the next few weeks. Migration begins with all Sales Intelligence standalone customers and will be followed by customers using multiple Puzzel products. Information is sent to contacts via email and is presented to admins upon login.
Bug fixes
- Agent script: Duplicate line breaks in agent scripts
- Recordings: Manual recordings not linked to customer cards and outcomes
- Recordings: Automatic recordings not starting on rare occasions
- Reminders: Some customers received duplicate meeting reminders via SMS
