Ticket Deletion with Retired Tasks

Fixed an error that could occur when deleting tickets that had associated retired tasks.

• Ticket deletion now completes successfully in all cases
• Retired tasks are properly cleaned up as part of the deletion process

Productivity List Rename and Delete Protection

Renaming or deleting a Productivity List that is actively referenced in Filter Rules, Event Rules, or Outbound Ticket Rules would previously cause those rules to fail silently. This has been corrected.

• Renaming a Productivity List that is in use is now prevented
• Deleting a Productivity List that is referenced in Rules will now automatically disable those rules to prevent silent failures
• The name field in the Productivity List edit view is disabled when the list is in use

Duplicate Email Sending

Fixed an issue where sending emails with large attachments could cause the delivery to time out and retry, resulting in duplicate emails being sent.
