New Settings

Auto Scroll to Timeline

Administrators can now control whether tickets automatically scroll to the timeline section when opened.

  • New setting "Enable Auto Scroll to Timeline" under Settings → General → Account Settings → Feature Enhancements (beta)
  • Default: enabled (existing behaviour preserved)
  • Disable to have tickets open at the top of the page

Autosubmit Ticket Filters Default

The default state of the Autosubmit toggle on the Tickets page can now be configured at the tenant level.

  • New setting "Autosubmit Ticket Filters" under Settings → General
  • Users who have previously manually toggled the Autosubmit switch will retain their preference
  • Users who have never manually selected an Autosubmit preference will use the Account Setting default

Performance Improvements

Streaming Attachment Processing

API attachment uploads are now processed using a streaming approach that significantly reduces server memory usage, improving system stability when handling large attachments.

Bug Fixes

Assign & View Stability

Resolved a flickering issue when using "Assign & View" from the ticket preview panel. Tickets now open smoothly without double-navigation.

Email Delivery Fix

Resolved an issue where certain inbound emails were being rejected due to content type detection mismatches during content processing. Emails with uncommon MIME part encodings will now be accepted and processed correctly.

  • Fixed false positive content type spoof detection
  • Affected emails will now create tickets as expected
