Main improvements
- For Puzzel Contact Centre Chat (New) we have added IP address of the visitor to the archive. The information is available on each chat in the "Chat-tab" of the Archive interface. The value will start to be archived from today, the information is not added to already archived chats.
- Agent chat application can now handle several tabs in browser beeing open at the same time. To enable this set Send trigger on session user event to on in Puzzel Admin / Users / Products / Webservices. Contact Puzzel Support if you are having trouble enabling the setting.
