Puzzel ID is a powerful identity and access management solution for Puzzel applications, aiming to substitute existing Puzzel sign-in during 2025. 

To this effect, Puzzel is opening a Puzzel ID Adoption Window, effective from the 8th of April until June 30th. 

What does it mean for Puzzel customers?

That Puzzel users will be able to use the Puzzel ID URLs to sign-in in a new way to Puzzel Contact Centre and Puzzel Workforce Management applications. 

Please note, Puzzel Case Management requires separate activation of Puzzel ID. 

The current sign-in will remain available for users. 

What is expected of customers?

We encourage system administrators to sign-in with Puzzel ID and explore the new Organisation Settings. 

Puzzel applications will need to be configured through Puzzel ID, before the Puzzel ID URLs are shared with your organisation for full adoption of the new sign-in.
