With the arrival of Puzzel ID in April 2025 and start of the adoption window, Puzzel will end the support for the traditional sign-in method on October 30th, 2025. This means that Puzzel Contact Centre, Puzzel Digital Engagement, Puzzel Case Management, Puzzel Sales Intelligence and Puzzel Workforce Management customers will need to configure and use Puzzel ID in the future to access these applications.
With Puzzel ID, you will be able to log in to your Puzzel solutions in one place, offering a more streamlined and secure sign-in experience.
