The changes made in this release concern Puzzel Sales Intelligence.

Note that some of these features may require a customised set-up before they can be activated. In addition, some features may have a set-up and/or monthly cost element associated to it. 

Puzzel Sales Intelligence

New dashboard

Will be available in parallel with the existing dashboard until mid January.

A brand new dashboard is being introduced in Sales Intelligence. The dashboard provides a new, modern interface, simpler setup tools, and greater options for customization to suit your needs. All existing key metrics and lists are included, along with a wide range of new features.

• Simple dashboard building tool.
• Cleaner user interface with light and dark mode option.
• Add background images.
• Build a loop of multiple dashboards.
• Choose period per component (for example day, week, month).
• Choose component size and sorting linked to a simple grid layout. Select font size in lists. 
• Filter individual components by project, bucket, group or user.
• Smart vertical scrolling of list components, if too long. 
• Predefined templates for different screen sizes and format.
• Sales competition results included in the dashboard.

• The existing dashboard will be shut down on January 15, 2025. You need to create new dashboards using the new tool before that date.
• The existing sales competition dashboard will be shut down on January 15, 2025.
• The existing agent dashboard is NOT affected.

Dashboard components

• New list components for sold products per user, project, or group. The list shows the best-selling products during the selected time period, along with the total sum of all products sold.
• Renamed the Talk time scalar component to better reflect the actual KPI.

Fixes

• The Isactive flag in Puzzel-Id Org settings automatically updates the loginenabled flags in Sales Intelligence.
• The user short name in Sales Intelligence user admin is editable even when Puzzel Id is active.
• Added new file extensions when uploading files to Safe pages
• Issue with view zone editor when using Puzzel Id
• Bug in the list of project users for extended project access
