Configuring Action templates
To configure action templates:
- Go to SETTINGS
- Click Actions & 1-to-1 settings
By following the navigation prompt, you'll be directed to the following screen
This page contains a list of your pre-configured actions. To create a new one, click Add action template. From here, you need to give the template a name and provide some detail for the action. Adding a URL is optional.
Clicking Add action template will allow you to use your new Action template during the action creation process.
When creating a new action, you can select your action template from the dropdown. Selecting the template will automatically populate the fields with your saved content.
