Updated Puzzel Academy LMS

Puzzel Academy LMS has a new learning experience

Puzzel Academy has upgraded to a new Learning Management System (LMS) designed to make learning easier to access, simpler to navigate, and more useful as both a training tool and an ongoing reference.

The updated LMS features a refreshed look and feel, improved navigation, and content split into bite-sized modules. This makes it easier to find the right information, continue courses you’ve already started, and fit learning into everyday work.

Puzzel Academy is a free resource and includes online courses, videos, documentation, and additional learning materials covering Puzzel products and related skills. Content ranges from introductory topics through to more advanced and expert-level material, helping learners build confidence at their own pace.

Learning content is structured using a belt system to make it easy to identify the right level: White Belt for introductory content, Green Belt for intermediate learning, Red Belt for advanced topics, and Black Belt for expert-level knowledge.

Who can use Puzzel Academy?

  • Customers: Puzzel Academy can be made available to all agents and administrators.

  • Partners: Partner teams are encouraged to use the Puzzel Academy LMS for onboarding, enablement, and ongoing learning.

  • Puzzel employees: All Puzzelers have access to the platform.

The new Puzzel Academy LMS is available from Monday 26 January at
https://academylms.puzzel.com/

All existing users from the previous LMS have been transferred automatically, including completed training history. Invitation emails will be sent to existing users to complete account setup and access the new platform.

  • Existing users: If you are trying to access after the 26th January and cannot locate your invitation email, please contact academylms@puzzel.com

Partner-specific learning paths

The updated LMS introduces role-based learning for partners, making training more targeted and relevant.

All partners start with a shared Partner Onboarding experience on their home page. Based on their role, learners will then see:

  • The Partner Sales Acceleration learning path

  • The Support Engineer Training path

  • Or both, where applicable

This approach helps partner teams focus only on the training that matters to their role, saving time while improving learning outcomes. If you have any additional questions, contact partnerlearning@puzzel.com.
