As such, we will introduce Dustin Norway AS as new sub processor for off-site backups for Puzzel’s private cloud in Norway. Dustin will not replace any existing sub-processor. The purpose of the change is to improve the availability and integrity of backups at a disaster event.

Puzzel is announcing we will not longer support Connect Desktop Client, effective October 8th, 2024.
In February 2024, we informed you about a temporary transition to a weekly maintenance schedule. After observing the benefits of a more frequent maintenance schedule, we've decided to continue with our weekly maintenance schedule on a permanent basis starting from August.
As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering the highest level of service, we are excited to inform you of an upcoming change to our maintenance schedule.
This announcement is relevant to the IT teams of partners and customers that have individually developed widgets and customisations within Puzzel. For example, integrated external or embedded content like e-Tasks, e-mails, or CRM Pops.
Puzzel Traffic Invoices are changing!
We are introducing a new Puzzel Traffic Invoice format, so recipients can benefit from a simplified presentation of traffic and charges and a better overview of their account.
Changes in Twitter’s new API commercial offering, effective from the 29th of April 2023, include the termination of premium subscriptions. This impacts Puzzel’s ability to support Twitter as a messaging channel for the Puzzel Contact Centre platform.
As a result, we will be suspending support for Twitter, effective from the 29th of April, 2023.

Having done extensive testing, Puzzel is now confident that we have limited exposure to any attacks. Rest assured that Puzzel will implement any software patches that Verint provide over the coming days but we will continue to monitor the solution both manually and through our security tools.
