Administrators can configure the Puzzel ID settings for their users using this navigation prompt:
Sign into the Admin Portal
Select Users on the Admin Portal’s main menu
Select Users again from the pop out menu
On the Users table that appears you will see the Puzzel ID column.
By clicking on a user, the Edit User page appears.
The “Puzzel ID equals email address” button will be automatically checked, and the Puzzel ID field will populate with the relevant information.
If the user’s email address is missing or wrong, please update it.
