Online meetings

Puzzel offers an add-on that enables you to seamlessly create online meetings in Microsoft Teams, fully integrated with the booking module in Sales Intelligence. This feature includes automatic scheduling of meetings in the resource calendar and provides a customizable customer/consumer portal for meetings, which can be branded with your logo, fonts, and colors.

Once your meeting room is set up, you will receive a meeting room key. This key can be assigned to one or more calendars in Sales Intelligence, enabling agents to schedule online meetings in the designated room.

  • Use the same meeting room across multiple calendars.
  • Assign multiple meeting rooms to a single calendar.

 

When creating or updating a booking in the customer card, the "Channel" section will be displayed. Here, you can select a meeting room to schedule an online meeting.

 

If the agent is conducting the meeting themselves, a "Start Meeting" button is available in the Agent UI.

 

Additional features are available in the meeting details, including the option to copy the link to the consumer portal. 

 

The meeting link is included in the standard (automatic) confirmation sent to the resource.


The link to the customer/consumer portal is accessible through the confirmations feature as well as the export tool.

 

Online meeting details are available in the base exports (API) for bookings.
