How to view distribution of meta-data linked to my imported contacts?
In case you need further insight into the volume of contacts related to any of the custom fields, the insight feature allows you to see this information.
To access the Insights feature:
- Go to CONVERSATIONS
- Click Imported contacts & filters
- Click the Insights tab
When you've integrated a contact management platform, you will have access to your contacts in this imported contacts table. It's likely all of those contacts will have pieces of meta-data linked to them.
The insight feature enables you to customise any number of tiles so that you can see the no and distribution of any of the contacts that match any of your custom fields.
