How can I download a call recording?

This is done by selecting the checkbox to the right of the call in Archive, and then selecting "Download recording(s)" in the dropdown which appears in the bottom right of the page. If you cannot select this checkbox, or you do not see the download option in this dropdown, you may not have sufficient permissions to download recordings. This can be checked by your local administrators.
