Statistics - What is the row on the queue report without any name?

Incoming calls are the number of incoming calls grouped by the first "chosen" queue. One incoming call counts only once. Incoming calls which are not routed through a queue (e.g. if caller hung up in menu or if call centre is closed) , is counted in the row without any queue name.
