Capturing Client Logs

Puzzel Application logs can be captured using the below process in Chrome:

  1. Press “F12” to open the Chrome developer console, whilst the Puzzel Agent Application is open, and select the “Console” tab in the top right

  2. Right click the latest entry there and press “save as”

This will prompt you to save a .log file to your PC, which can then be attached to your Support case as needed. You can also open this file locally to ensure that this has been extracted correctly (i.e. contains some text) before submitting.

Please note: these logs are purged whenever the page is refreshed, or the user navigates elsewhere in that tab. Therefore, you may wish to tick the “preserve log” tickbox as well, to ensure that this log gathering continues to occur after the agent has refreshed their browser.
