Time Management - Contact centre should be open but is closed

  1. Use the “Test the time module” function for the current time to check that the correct Exit is being used
  2. Check the Chang log within Users > Log to see if anyone has made any Time Module changes to the service that would close the line
  3. Make a test call to the line and then find this in Archive to see what message you were routed to (you can then follow this in Call Flow tool)
