User Management - Can’t delete a user

If a user cannot be deleted, check that they are not logged in.

In addition, if a user has setup a wallboard, the wallboard setup needs to be reset for that user before the user can be deleted.

Go to Real-time->Wallboard and find the user you want to delete the wallboard setup for. 
 

Select the user in the dropdown list, and press Act as user, then press Settings. 

Then expand the last section called Display Settings and press the Default button. Then press Save Changes. Now you should be able to go to Users->Users and delete the user in question.
