What do you need to do? When the migration is complete, you’ll need to log in using a Puzzel ID. If you already have one, only a new role has to be added to your Puzzel ID! If not, creating a Puzzel ID is quick and easy. We’ll provide clear instructions to make this process as simple as possible.

The new portal will require all users to log in with a Puzzel ID. This change is designed to boost the security of your account and your data. The Puzzel ID login process uses advanced authentication methods to protect your information, so you can use your SMS services with confidence.

Don’t have a Puzzel ID yet? No worries! You’ll soon receive step-by-step guidance on how to create your Puzzel ID. With this new login system, you benefit from a single, secure access point for all your Puzzel services.
