How can I see which numbers are active?

You can use the Statistics report "Total Overview" to see which of your numbers have received traffic in the period you have selected. You can run this report for a period of e.g. 1 year, and compare the results with the full list of numbers to see which ones have not received any traffic & are therefore not active.
